This redevelopment comprises the restoration of the historic Albert Hall building to include a food hall, offices, residential and a live performance and music venue. The development is currently on site, it will be ready for fit out in October 2023 and due for completion in February 2024.
We are seeking an operator for the live performance and music operation within the development. This facility has flexibility to accommodate between 800 – 1000 people.
The venue is being offered on the basis of a new 15 year lease (or longer by negotiation) including 5 yearly upward only rent reviews.
Rental offers are sought in excess of £100,000 per annum.
